Our experience with The Plumb Doctor has been extremely positive. When I initially contacted April, my first impression of her was that she was very professional and accommodating. Not only did she work with us to fit our small job onto their calendar within a week, but she made note of the fact that my daughter was hearing impaired and she'd be there alone to let Drew in. When he arrived, he texted my daughter and when he could not reach her, he contacted me. Unfortunately, we had to reschedule the appointment, but they rescheduled without complaint and were very understanding. On the next visit, Drew remembered to text my daughter when he arrived and he faced her while talking to ensure she could understand him. In addition, the job was completed in a timely, neat, and competent manner, and the price was also very affordable. I am so grateful to have found this company, and will be calling to have more home projects done by them in the near future.

They came out and fixed our issue same day. I really appreciate their responsiveness and communication throughout the day before the appointment. Drew explained the issue and gave us tips to prevent issues in the future.

Everything went smooth and fast. Pipe broken under the house, had to turn off water completely. Sent a message - heard back same day, they came out the next afternoon. Looked at everything, gave me a very reasonable estimate, and did the work - all within about an hour! If I ever need a plumber again I'll be calling The Plumb Doctors. 😊

We had a great experience with the Plumb Doctors. Drew provided a detail estimate of the required work and had a no pressure approach. We decided to hire him to replace a Pressure Reducing Valve and fix a few faucets. The work was completed in a timely manner and at a fair price. We would highly recommend the Plumb Doctors.

The entire experience with Plumb Doctors was great. The communication was quick and easy with April, who handled scheduling. Drew was able to come check out a water leak under our house within the 2 or so hours I reached out to them. He came with who I assume was his son (unsure) and both were very pleasant people. They immediately got to work, diagnosed the problem and gave us an extremely fair price. They also already had the tools necessary to fix the problem + fixed it within 15 or so mins. Drew seemed very knowledgeable and he went under our house like it was nothing! (I could never.) if we ever need plumbing work done again I will definitely be reaching out to their business and referring my family and friends!

I had an abnormal situation in which to install a new water heater. A standard height plus expansion tank would not fit in the space. Drew found a same-capacity water heater which was shorter to fit the space with the expansion tank installed properly. His estimate was spot on too. Thanks, Drew!

The Plumb Doctors are awesome. I am happy with the work done and the way everything was explained. I was shocked at the cost but after the explanation I understood. $750 to install a smart toilet and a new flange. The work was done quickly and they came back out a few days later to fix a leak.

They did an excellent job with my plumbing needs I will reach out to them next time I have plumbing work to be done.

I needed a gas line/attachment installed to the gas meter for a portable generator. I reached out to them because of the three companies Thumbtack recommended, they were the only licensed company. No regrets! They were very responsive and I believe Drew came out the next day to give me a quote. The following Monday, he came out to complete the job and fixed my mistake on ordering the wrong size gas line quick connect for my generator.

He and his wiferespended qquickly and fixed my faucet for a fair price. I believe they even gave me a discount as my hustand is a veteran. He was very kind.
